ADAM THORNE
Adam Thorne is currently pursuing a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. With a background as a men’s coach before pursuing his degree, he has experience helping men navigate challenges related to self-esteem, identity, and parenthood. He also works with teenagers who appreciate the integration of coaching techniques.
A first-generation immigrant to the U.S. and a serial entrepreneur, Adam has consistently adapted to new environments and overcome challenges. His background as a successful podcast host and standup comedian has equipped him with the communication skills and resilience that fuel his work with clients.
With seven years of experience leading men’s groups, Adam has helped men become more honest with themselves, fostering self-discovery and personal growth. This experience has created a strong foundation for his therapeutic work today, helping clients build emotional resilience in the face of life's complexities.
Adam employs Reality, Action, and Person-Centered Therapy to create a supportive, goal-oriented environment where clients can take charge of their actions and emotional well-being.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, lifting weights, playing chess, reading, and traveling with his family.
